LuLu's seems a lot like Delia's. I can't vouch for the quality but I love the prices! I stumbled upon Lulus.com from a fashion blog today and here are some of my favorite picks.
As you can tell, I'm feeling a need to stock up on dresses since I've noticed I don't wear them nearly enough.
