I don't think a smoothie recipe can get any easier than this! Frozen fruit is key to smoothie making, it cuts the prep time down to nothing and there is no need for ice which means more flavor and yumminess.
Simple Summer Smoothie
1 cup frozen fruit mix
(my favorite is Whole Foods strawberry, banana & mango mix)
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
1 ripe plumcot, pit and skin removed
1. Blend frozen fruit and soy milk until fruit is no longer in chunks
2. Add chopped plumcot and blend until smooth
